"I began to use Medi-Phone Typing Services in July 1992 after various agency medical typists and secretaries repeatedly demonstrated their incompetence in this area. Hours of dictating were lost on word processors, the initial finished product was poor, not one of those employees lived up to the skills advertised before they arrived at my rooms.
